When we ship your order, we will indicate the carrier, shipping date, and estimated delivery date on your Your Account page and in your shipping confirmation email. You can track your package in your orders.
Sometimes we'll ship the exact product you ordered from our other warehouse's stock when it's closer to you. When we do this, you will be notified in your shipping confirmation email and you can see the information about both sellers on the order invoice, which can be found in your orders.
We also take care of all customer service and product returns.
